Please refer to your Separation Kit for your termination date and other program specifics. If your termination date is in 2027, your benefits will be governed under the new Separation Plan that goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2027.

New Separation Plan effective Jan. 1, 2027
As the result of a recent review of Pfizer benefits, the Separation Plan will be changing on Jan. 1, 2027. Eligible Pfizer U.S. colleagues who involuntarily separate on or after that date will receive the new separation package. Read more here. >
